Policy
for Software Suggestions from Customers |
|
·
Implement
only those that will be beneficial to the customer base as determined by
Parklane; ·
Reject
any suggestion that would have a negative impact on the integrity of the
system; ·
Refute
any suggestion that does not fit within the scope of the system. ·
Return
due to current workload with the expectation that you may submit it at a
later date. Many times a software change may appear to be a quick and simple
adjustment; but in actuality, every software change requires in-depth

Please note - we cannot commit to any time frame for responding, for
the following reasons: ·
The
volume of suggestions is large and, unpredictable at any given time. ·
The
current development schedule and system fixes take precedence over reviewing
new suggestions. ·
Suggestions
are reviewed as time permits. Time frames for responding can vary from one to
several months. ·
Each
suggestion needs to be reviewed as to feasibility. The duration of this
process takes time as it must be analyzed by multiple departments within
Parklane. Some suggestions could take several man days (which would require
scheduling) just to determine feasibility. ·
If a
suggestion is feasible, we will let you know by email. We normally would not
have a target date. ·
If a
suggestion is not feasible, we will notify you accordingly by email. If you
require more information as to reason, please contact the sender of the
email. ·
If you
have not heard from us, it indicates that no decision has been made as yet. Please understand we simply cannot provide an ongoing status due to
scope and volume of suggestions submitted. Reports Parklane will consider developing
new reports and the customer will be billed accordingly. The cost of a report depends on complexity
with an average price of $2,000.
